All prices are quoted in New
Zealand Dollars (NZD), do not include any delivery charges and are subject
to change without notice.
NZ prices include our local Goods and Services Tax at 12.5% which
only applies to goods
sent to a New Zealand address.
International clients do NOT have to pay this tax so please deduct 10% from the prices
shown if the goods are being sent to an address outside New Zealand.

enough product to complete your project.

colours
are very difficult to present on a website. Images on this site are only intended as a
guide as we cannot guarantee either the size, textures or
colours displayed on your browser will be an exact replica of the actual product.

Our minimum cut on any fabric
or trimming is 100 mm (4"). Quantities greater than this are sold
in multiples of 50 mm (2.5")

If the goods you order are in
stock and full payment has been received, your order will normally be processed and
dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery of the goods is made
by us when we ship the
goods to you and their risk passes to you as soon as the goods leave our
premises. No liability is accepted for
loss (non delivery), damage during transit, delays in delivery or any subsequent consequences due to
loss, damage or delays.

All items are at reduced
prices and as Sale Goods are not returnable just because you've changed your
mind. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees
Act.

By New Zealand law, we must
keep a record of
your name and address, and details of your orders and payments.
Beyond this lawful responsibility, it is our policy to
keep all client information completely secure, and confidential to Leotards

Any disputes arising
from our house rules above (terms & conditions), shall be resolved in
New Plymouth, New Zealand under NZ Law, by a sole
arbitrator appointed by the President of the Taranaki District Law Society
and the decision shall be binding on all parties.
